1. Repaint your house with a new look and color

Ensure to check if the toiletries are clean and not blocked or else clean the sewerage tanks and place deodorize in all your washrooms. It will cost you up to Rs. 3000 and increase your value to Rs. 15000.

11. Place some needful furniture to make your home appealing
